A funny thing -floating dog bed

Mali is so funny, we were just sat watching the television the other night when all of a sudden Mali disappeared under the big dog bed (see pic below) and started walking around the sitting room as though the bed was afloat. It is quite large and she is so tiny we could'nt see her at all. She only did it for a short while and Tasha didn't know what to make of it all. I wished I could have got the camcorder out in time. Does anyone elses dog do this?

Nothing like that, but Simba does play hide and seek with himself. Mum and Dad have a fleece on the floor, and because of Mums mobility problems, the idea is that all toys stay on the fleece, so she can't trip up on them. Simba often lifts up the edge and hides his toys underneath though, then a few minutes later goes back and finds them again! He also is very clever in that he threads the corners of the fleece through the centre of his favourite toy his rubber ring, then pulls the end so there is a good 8" of fleece pulled through the centre of the ring!!!

Wow that is one clever boy. Mali & tasha like to play hide & seek with me but you have to be quick or mali finds you before you have managed to hide,they go charging around the house it is so funny.

Josh hasn't done that but he likes to crawl under my large 6' chinese wool rug and then he fights it

he first did this when he was a teeny pup and it was so funny - I don't know how he had the strength to do it. One night I got my video camera out a filmed him, but as usual I did NOT turn my tv off, just the dvd I was watching so there was a film playing in the background though I don't know what! At the end of my video clip (I stopped when Josh came out from under the rug looking all sheepish) there is a very loud voice on the tv shouting "What are you doing down there?"

Now I know why Josh looked so sheepish on his exit - he thought the voice was shouting at him

Rooney does a strange thing with a fleece, he drags it around the room and hides his ball in it, and plays like mad with it trying to get his ball out of the fleece. So funny

MY goodness Lesley that rug must be so heavy. They are all much cleverer than we think. Yes Mali looks very sheepish when she comes out from under the bed. What pleasures they give us. I am going to keep my camera at the ready in future even if it is my still camera.

Holly our JRT did this and she is tiny, we were out one day and she got stuck under the bed we came back to find her under the bed and Oscar sleeping on top of her, which was funny cos he always sleeps on the wood floor !!

Ahh bless them they do make us smile dont they, Wispa like hide and seek, but Poppy doesnt get it she looks at you as though to say what are you doing running round hiding you silly woman!

Opal used to hide her head and look so disgusted and puzzled when I found her!!!
