hello everyone . i am looking into getting a bitch in spring, but want to get one from a reputable breeder in leicestershire, has anyone got any recomendations and advice on owning a new shih tzu pup and anything to be carefull of. thanks to all for any advice .paul

I would suggest you get in touch with the breed clubs puppy coordinators as they will have lists of puppies available from reputable shih tzu breeders

I am sure that either of these clubs would be able to put you in touch with a litter of puppies - and you would be able to know the complete history of the pups and get valuable after sales advice too.

I would agree with all that has been said above the Shih Tzu Club is the best place to start ,you will find lots of advice about this wonderful breed including grooming,there is also a page on advice for new owners.
