Re: help where are my posts
Oh dear, Darren. I've had that happen too when writing long posts. It seems that the session times out after a period of what it considers to be inactivity (such as spending time in one place writing a long post). I have just switched to a new computer and thought that perhaps it was because of that. Maybe not. I'm sure Lesley will be along tomorrow morning and help sort this out.
Janet
P.S. I've started copying my posts, especially long ones, before pressing Send so that if I've been logged out while writing, I can log back in and then paste the message again.

Hi janet ,funnily enough yesterdays post was regarding our chat - that was half a page and I lost that too..
The main thing in that was a thankyou to you and you seem so kind i think we spoke briefly on otl when paul was in deep dialouge with some one and it was all out of context and control moderation problems again. now i am going to make a coffee and put our rotties to bed but i will be back in a mo with a shortened version what i was going to say earlier until it flew away

Re: help where are my posts
I can't help as it has happened to me on several occasions too sometimes when I have done a long (and usually really important) post that I can't remember word for word
and sometimes when someon has posted at the same time as me and even though I have selected not to modify my post it still logs me out. I assume it is a glitch (though I will check the settings today) and so I would say as Molly's Mum suggests and type it into an editor first either notepad, wordpad or word if you want to do anything fancy to it!
That's what I have decided to do from now on!
