Post by Liz b Sun Jan 19, 2014 2:03 pm

Update they took it my vet ( I paid for ) he is 8 wks they have had him since 6 weeks. Seems they have a plan of care he has to have his winky washed because it's got sore on the outside because it was not cleaned prop. Had not very nice ears. Eyes r fine.
He was bloated because of the bakers normal food he was feed on but will pass when he passes it. Wee fine.
He needs to be rinsed off because of the shower gel not been washed off so under his lil legs on the creases r a bit red ( nurse did this for them) also has a good brush they have been shown how to brush him on a basic level they have had lots of pup leaflets. He has had his first vac but will wait till older for chip as he is so small. Been wormed and fleaed they didn't use the stuff I gave.
To back on Wednesday for a check.
Luck I just paid for treatment not advise because they had a spare slot..... Re homing is kinda touch and go because she wants to keep him but landlord has a no pet thing plus se lives in a flat ( no prob with flats but she couldn't be bothered to take him outside all te time )
I am pushing for charities to take him....

Doesn't it make you want to shake these stupid people Liz.  Why do they want to keep the poor puppy when they are obviously totally unequipped to handle him.  Honestly how hard it is to read up about caring for a puppy before you go out and buy one? I don't understand why the breeder let the puppy go at 6wks as that is obviously way too early and can't be good for the puppy and she obviously didn't care who she sold the puppy to.

It's very generous of you to pay for the puppy going to the vet, but honestly are these people too poor or stupid to take it themselves and also to pay for the treatment?  If they want to keep the puppy are they aware of how much it costs to look after it properly?  It does make me very cross and very sad for the poor puppy who is the innocent little ball of fluff in all of this  Mad

It's only money 28 quid is nothing for a life he needed checking over and maybe the advise they give will sink in as I think I just came over bossy they can see the truth of bad care can do from the vet
