That is good Liz. Did they take to it ok and is it the Top Coat you are giving them? I E Mailed Hilton Herbs a couple of questions about Top coat and although they did reply quickly they didn't exactly respond with the answers to the questions I had asked. I wanted to know if it was suitable for my dog Mali who was itching again and was it say a white powder which I thought might put her off eating her normal food. Fortunately she stopped itching after a couple of days so didn't bother getting any but maybe I should if it is that good.

Aah right I will get some and give it a try. Tasha tends to lick a bit lately , I think that because they haven't been out for a while they might get a bit fed up not going out for some new sniffs. Hopefully we may be able to get them out on Friday ,when they should both be safe to be out in public after being in season.

Hi Liz just tried ordering some Top Coat but couldn't, did you have trouble with there checkout page? it wouldn't let me go on, it kept telling me to add a Country , when all the time it said Country N/A in the space you would normally put 'country'. I will ring them in the morning and order over the phone. just wasted a lot of time.

My daughter has been using the herbs for her shih tzu Maisey the ones for digestive problems, she was constantly at the vets for an upset tum, she couldn't have any treats or chews, and needing lots of baths, since using the herbs she is a different dog not one bad tum in over six months x

Thanks for that Michele, I will ring them this morning, unless they ring me when they see two cancelled orders. it was strange as the box that had 'Country' in it to add the country you are ordering from had Country N/A by default and would not let me proceed. Hubby tried as well in case I was having a 'Senior moment', but no it did not work for him either so must be a problem there end. I just worried that the fact something else was in their food they would refuse to eat it, I think it would help Mali if she starts itching again. my two were tending to have upset tums now and again and empty tummy syndrome when they were on Burns mini bites also Mali hardly ate a thing. I thought it was her being fussy as this breed tends to be but then after doing a lot of research found Trophy Pet Foods and they sent me a sample pack for both of them and they woofed it up so got a big bag of it and tbh they have never looked back in fact a third bag is being delivered today since last May. Their poo's have never been better, easy to pick up unlike the messy ones they used to have, and no I am not being payed for advertising the food!!! It's that good for mine anyway. They do also have Natures Menu with it as well. I'll let you know how I get on with the Top Coat.

I will ring them later I expect they may have had others with the same problem and if not at least they will know. It is funny because it is Worldpay which is the same Payment Gateway I have for my own website and I haven't had a problem to my knowledge.

SORTED
My order is on it's way. I rang and the problem is the'rs it does not recognise Wales in their dropdown list of Countries. They are aware of as I am not alone apparantly, and they are trying to get it fixed.

That's bad isn't it, how on earth can they not have Wales in their dropdown list of Countries.

probably because the postal address of Wales is the UK Smile

As I am the one who has been recommending these herbs for sometime I am glad that many of you are finding them useful. I do have a bit of trouble with my two if I introduce a new herbal mix which I am doing at the moment because Josh has lots of warts on his back and teh veterinary solution to remove them is not viable on him as there are so many. I wrote email to Hilton Herbs and had a very helpful email back by return and not only did they recommend herbs, cream and homeopathic tablets but the lady writing was using the homeopathy on her dog at the time with good results... she could not use the cream as her dog's wart was on her eyelid. i have to say the warts seem to be less hard after just a few days of treatment and the beauty of the herbs is that it doesn't matter if Isabella gets them too Very Happy

The Topcoat arrived today from Hilton Herbs. I felt sorry for our postie she came through all the dreadful gales and horrendous rain to deliver the Topcoat. Mali & Tasha have had some on their food tonight and everything went down very well.
